About Staff Market

Staff Market is an internal marketplace where colleagues in the same organisation can give away, sell, lend, request and organise things — from a spare desk to a team event. Every listing is visible only to people in your own organisation.

Using Staff Market

• Use your own work account, and keep your sign-in details to yourself.
• Be honest about what you list: describe its condition fairly and include clear photos.
• Be respectful in how you list, request and contact people. Staff Market doesn't provide messaging — you'll arrange things through your organisation's own channels.
• Arrangements, payments and hand-overs are between you and the other person. Staff Market isn't a party to them and doesn't process payments.
• Follow your organisation's own policies as well as these terms.

What you can't list

Don't list, request, or offer any of the following:

• Anything illegal, or that would be illegal to sell, give or hand over where you are.
• Drugs, controlled substances, or prescription medicines.
• Weapons, ammunition, explosives, or parts for them.
• Live animals or pets.
• Alcohol or tobacco, including vapes and e-cigarettes.
• Counterfeit, stolen, or pirated goods.
• Recalled or unsafe items.
• Adult or sexual content.
• Company property, unless you have permission to dispose of it.
• Personal data about other people, or anything that isn't yours to give away.

Org admins can remove listings that break these rules, and can disable accounts that repeatedly do.

Your content

You're responsible for what you post. By posting, you allow Staff Market to show it to the people in your organisation. Deleted listings go to a recycle bin and can be permanently removed by you or your org admins.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change in a way that matters, you'll be asked to accept the new version next time you use Staff Market. Your organisation's own rules may be updated by its admins at any time.
